The ROAM volunteers got together to have game night again. This time they surprised me with a birthday cake. Sadie and Emma had secretly been working with Alice Baugh to make the cake and decorate the table. What fun!!! We called it the Grand Canyon cake. It was a yummy chocolate cake that mysteriously split down the middle as it was being brought to the party.

Happy Birthday Cynthia!! Cake looks great, split and all. I got your card and lovely letter, (made me cry.) We are so ready for Christmas to be here. The kids are out of school now and I will be off for four days. It should be pretty quiet around the Dean's house this year. The weather is very cold and we have loads of snow in the mountains. Keep blogging so we can be updated.
I can hardly believe you left Arizona already. It seems only yesterday you left California. I'm not sure if you got the last few messages I have left for you because I haven't seen them posted. We are doing great, but I sure do miss the homework help and the neck adjustments. When are you coming back??? I hope you had a great Christmas with your family. These pictures brought back so many good memories of a great and diffent Christmas in Az., with you all. Didn't we have fun. Especially with the games, eating the breakfasts & dinners which we hadn't expected!!!! Just wish the weather had been a little wormer....nut still nice for Dec.
